Calendar Drive

All families participating in the November Calendar

Drive should have already received their 30

calendars. The cost for each calendar is $10. The

drawings will be held daily during the month of

November.

The following steps should be completed before you

return your calendars to school:

• all 30 calendars must be sold to qualify for the

tuition reduction

• payment should be in the form of check(s) made

payable to Sacred Heart School. No cash. Please

write a check for any cash you receive.

• fill out the top portion of each calendar and

include all 30 when you return them to the office.

We will not fill out slips for families that do

not submit them with their payment.

Calendars must be sold by October 20, 2017 to

ensure that the slips are in place for the first drawing

on November 1. There will be no exceptions to this

date in order to be fair to all the people who

participate in the calendar raffle. Please do not send

them in until you have sold all 30. Thank you!

Calling all parents, friends, and community members

21 years old and over…join us for SHS Paint Night on

Friday, October 6 at 7:00 pm in the Lower Church

Hall. No painting experience required! Tickets are

$40 per person and can only be purchased online

through our school website (top navigation panel

Events…SHS Paint Night). All paint materials are

included in the ticket price. Beer, wine, and raffle

prizes available for purchase – bring your own

snacks. We hope to see you there!

Scholastic Book Fair

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held during the

week of October 15. Students will visit the book fair

during their scheduled library classes. Parents and

students are welcome to attend Book Fair Night on

Wednesday, October 18 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in the

auditorium foyer.

School Picture Day Is Coming!

Mark your calendar! Picture day is coming on

Monday, October 23. Please be on the lookout for

your child’s picture day form in the coming weeks.

On picture day, all students should wear either the

warm weather uniform or the regular uniform.

We are still in need of lunch volunteers. Helping out

at lunch is a great way to get your volunteer hours

while spending time with our fantastic students. If

interested, please contact Julie Carragher at

([email protected]).

Thank you for your consideration!
