Evening of Discernment Any Catholic man 18 or older who may be considering a call to the priesthood is invit-ed to an Evening of Discernment on Wednesday, January 22nd. The evening begins with Mass at 5:30 pm at the Cathe-dral of the Incarnation.

Our annual celebration of National Catholic Schools begins in two weeks! This year we are celebrating our role as a community of faith, knowledge, and service, where today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders. RALLY FOR LIFE The TN Right to Life/Lawrence County Right to Life will hold a Rally for Life on Sunday, January
19th at 2 pm in the Lawrence burg City Administra-
tion Building. 2014’s rally will focus on “Yes on 1,”
which means “Vote yes on Amendment #1.” This
Amendment, which will appear on the November ‘14 ballot, would allow passage of pro-life policies & laws
protecting the rights of the unborn. State Representa-
tives will be on hand, as well as Shoal’s Save-a-Life.
Music will be provided by Bob Augustin, Jeffrey Lit-
trell, and others!

The Sacred Heart Council of Catholic Women thanks everyone who donated to the ir Angel Tree this year! A phenomenal $2535 was raised! The proceeds were used to make Christmas boxes for some families who needed them and for distribu-tion to local charitable agencies. Thank you for your generosity!
WORLD MARRIAGE DAY
Parishioners, if you have been married 25 years or 50 years, you are deserving of honor at World Marriage Day. This will take place at the diocese on February 9th.
If you would like to attend, please turn your names in to the Church office at 762-3183 before 3 pm on January 16th. Names must be turned in to the Diocesan Vocations office on Friday, January 17th! Thank you!
