    Features

    Marine condensing units are designed and produced

    by YORK for long service in heavy sea conditions

    Factory designed and assembled units with integrat-

    ed condenser, liquid receiver and heat exchanger for

    minimum space requirements and easy installation.

    Designed for various HFC or HCFC refrigerants

    Designed for air conditioning cooling capacities,

    50-450 kW

    Compressors

    Compressors are the latest of YORKs world renown

    CMO and SMC multicylinder, directly or belt driven types.

    They include:

    cylinder unloading capacity regulation positive lubrication by integral oil pump integral safety valve integral suction strainer suction and discharge isolating valves

    crankcase heater oil level sight glass oil charging and evacuation valves.

    Traditional unit controls

    We can still offer traditional controls as an option.

    Traditional unit controls include:

    Low pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressor at a pre-

    set minimum suction pressure. Automatic reset after stop.

    High pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressor at a pre-

    set maximum discharge pressure. Manual reset required after

    stop.

    Low oil pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressors at a

    pre-set minimum differential pressure.

    The cut-out incorporates an electro-mechanical time delay and

    is manually reset after stop.

    Classification

    The design and construction is approved by all leading

    Classification Societies. Specific certification must be stat-

    ed at time of order.
