prescribed eligibility criteria for leasing out the following properties on monthly
rental basis in the building known as the SRFDCL House.

The duly filled in EOI in Annexure - B may be submitted in a sealed envelope super
scribing “Expression of Interest for PROPERTY- I / II / III / IV / V” (as applicable) to
the following address on or before 19.06.2018 by 18.00 P.M

NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1) Sealed Expression of Interest (hereinafter called EOI) for leasing out of built
up space on rent in SRFD House at Vallabhsadan, Ahmedabad, Gujarat,
India, is hereby invited in the prescribed Performa (Annexure – B)up to
18.00 hrs on 19.06.2018
2) The following Public Limited organizations are eligible to submit their bids:
a. Corporate / Administrative Offices of Multi National Companies, Banking,
Power Sector, Automobile Industry, Finance and IT Companies,
professional services, International Company (should be operationalized
more than 10 years)
b. Ground floor – cafeteria: Reputed Companies / Private Entity working in
the field of food and beverages and having experience of at-least 5 years
in F&B sector.
c. Fifth Floor – Restaurant: Reputed Companies / Private Entity having at-
least 10 years of experience in the operations of Food chain, restaurants,
hotels etc across India.
3) EOI document is available on www.ahmedabadcity.gov.in and
www.sabarmatiriverfront.com. Queries if any can be directed to
[email protected] by email only.
4) Details for obtaining forms, receipt thereof shall be as follows:-

6) Interested parties may submit their EOI either for one or more than one
properties based on their requirements.
7) To assist in the examination, evaluation and comparison of EOI, SRFDCL
may, at its discretion ask the party to seek additional information or
clarification.
8) In case of the attested copies of the documents/testimonials/certificates
original copies thereof should be produced on demand.
9) SRFDCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI at any time ,
without assigning any reason whatsoever and without there by incurring
any liability to the effected party
10) Place of jurisdiction governing any matter arising with the EoI will be
Ahmedabad.
11) Interior work, furnishing carried out should not affect/Change the existing
structural components of the premises. No modification of the exterior of
the leased space are permitted.
