copyrights, or patents.

The Consultants shall obtain the prior approval of SRFDCL in writing

before taking any of the action appointing such members of the Personnel

which are not listed by name in RFP Document.

Documents Prepared by the Consultants to be the Property of

Consultants in performing the Services shall become and remain the

SRFDCL, and the Consultants shall, not later than upon

termination or expiration of this Contract, deliver all such documents to
