SaaS application that allows you to remotely monitor parameters of all installed bins in real time, analyze waste collection processes, manage the workflow of employees and specialized transports.
The operator observes via web-interface all the indicators of the installed bins in real time: location, type of waste collected, fill-level, battery charge, environmental parameters, deviations in the smart bin operation. He may also set collection routes and tasks for drivers, create relevant reports.
The driver of each garbage truck, using a tablet or smartphone, receives a task with a list of filled bins and their location. The driver marks each bin in a mobile application, allowing the operator to supervise the workflow of the driver.

Map interface is one of the most powerful tools available in Binology SmartCity Management. The map briefly shows the location of all SmartCity Bins that are at the user's account, while the screened set of bins on the map can be variously filtered depending on user’s needs.

Geolocation, monitoring, filtering
Points on the map are color coded to match the current fill level of the trash container - from green (minimum fill-level) to red (the container is almost completely full). Number indicators on the points indicate the current percentage fill rate of the bin.

The list of the filtered bins on the map interface, can be transformed into truck drivers route sheet just in several clicks. Available drivers, responsible for the chosen operation area, will receive the waste removal task with the optimal pick up route via mobile app.
The system includes driver availability monitoring and real time task performance tracking. The operator can plan drivers schedule, set special statuses, such as vacation period or sick leave.

The driver marks each bin in a mobile application, allowing the operator to supervise his work performance. When the bin is emptied, the driver can additionally mark any detected malfunctions or emergency incidents that would be acted upon.

By selecting a bin on the map interface, there will be a panel with detailed information about the
selected bin displayed on the left. The
information panel shows data from the build in sensors: fill-level, battery charge and surrounding
environmental parameters.

Installed SmartCity Bins regularly transmit to Binology SmartCity Management a set of equipment performance indicators, as well as environmental parameters at the installation site, such as temperature,
pressure, humidity and air quality.
Real time monitoring
Just as the number of functioning SmartCity Bins and Separation Stations increases, so the collected data
accumulates over a research reasonable period of time. The array of all accumulated indicators acquires the properties of "big data", based on which trends may be tracked and forecast analytics may be built.
There is a powerful reporting subsystem in Binology SmartCity Management to analyze the accumulated array of information.
The template report page consists of two areas: filter area to control report data set and report data itself in form of a table or graph.
The filter area allows you to select the needed dataset by using different criteria available, such as time window or a range of characteristics transmitted from SmartCity Bins.
There is a possibility to create custom reports and forms in addition to the standard ones, such as: fill-level, battery charge, recent events, SIM balance, bin collection statistics, mileage of specialized vehicles, environmental parameters.
