    An RTO can provides timely and appropriate information, advice and support serviceswhich will help the candidates to identify and achieve their desired goals.

    This refers to an individuals skills or competancies which can be applied to that personsworkforce sector. I would make use of the individuals knowledge by contextualising thecourse.

    It is important to take LLN into account because when formulating your course you needto be aware as to what levels your entire class is at and to indentify who may need extrahelp and have the course contexualised for them.
