This is a website devoted to the sales of teacher student resources support ing the National Training

System. The TVET is the holder of all recognised training packages and quality/learning resourcesneeded to facilitate support VET.

This refers to an individuals skills or competancies which can be applied to that personsworkforce sector. I would make use of the individuals knowledge by contextualising thecourse.
