“Workplace culture is as important, if not more important, than your business strategy because it either strengthens or challenges the goals and objectives that

you are trying to achieve through the business. Your entry should be able to answer the following questions: What central values are important to our company? How do

we share them with our team? How will our cultural values impact our day-to-day operations? How will our functional values affect the business?”

KEY CRITERIA:

The judges will give your entry a score for each of the four sections contained in this entry form:(i.) Vision & goals; (ii.) Implementation; (iii.) Impact; and (iv.) Future initiatives.

Any sensitive or confidential information which is to be used for judging purposes only should be highlighted in red.

Provide an overview of your workplace culture. What changes have you introduced in the past 12 months? How did you decide on the changes you introduced? What are the objectives of your cultural change strategy? How do your cultural policies contribute to your business?

How did you maintain central values that were important to your company? What problems did you encounter during implementation and how did you solve them?
