Dr.PSS.Srinivasan is an Educationalist and Edupreneur. He has 30 years of experience in Engineering Education: 12 years as Faculty, 03 years HOD and 15 years as Principal.

As an Edupreneur, he has created KIOT Trust in 2008 along with a team of 50 members and Knowledge Institute of Technology (KIOT, a premier Engineering institution) in 2009 and Knowledge Business School (KBSS, a premier MBA institution) in 2011.

He has expertise in creating uniqueness in Educational Institutions, that has made KIOT and KBSS as TOP institutions in Tamil Nadu in 10 years. At Tamilnadu level Engineering and MBA Admissions (TNEA and TANCET counselling), both KIOT and KBSS seats were filled within TOP 50 positions across the state and TOP 20 positions in Western Tamilnadu and TOP 2 positions in the Salem and Namakkal Districts.

He has visited several top Universities in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and Taiwan and has global exposure in higher Education. He has good expertise in institution building, Strategic planning, Autonomous status, NBA and NAAC accreditations, and Reforming Teaching Learning System and Designing Employability Enhancement programs.

He is fond of research and supervised 15 Ph.D. research scholars and has over 100+ reputed journal publications with h-index of 14 (Google Scholar) for citations.

He obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore and M.Tech at IIT-Bombay and B.E.(Mech.) at Bharathiyar University.

He is a member of various professional bodies like ISTE, IE (I), ISHMT, FMFP, MMA , CII, SPC , ICC & I.
