Prior to the application being sent to agencies, a list of agencies currently being used is obtained to assure your hospital’s current agencies have a chance to participate

Applications are returned, summarized and then the contract award process begins

There are predetermined criteria to evaluate each Application. A “score” is given based on the criteria. Agencies meeting the required score are given a two year contract.
