Features• Roll formed pre-painted Z-shaped aluminium blades with rolled edges• Continous or individually framed louvres

Material• Louvre blades: 0,6mm thick aluminium alloy A3004• Louvre mullions, brackets etc.: extruded aluminium alloy

Finish• Louvre blades: pre-painted colour 1 side with marble white back. Coating is a 'Colour-Tech G4' paint system.• Louvre mullions, brackets etc.: either mill finish or powder coated to colour of choice.

Fixing MethodLouvre blades are fixed by clipping to extruded aluminum brackets without the use of any fasteners to allow for expansion and contraction along their length.

Louvre mullions shall be fixed to builders work at centres as per the table below, dependant on site wind pressures (as calculated and specified by a structural engineer), with RVI type brackets and suitable fasteners/anchors.

The table below indicates two graphs per wind load type, based on the application: - if a multi-span louvre system is required, consult the "4 or more mullions" graph,- when using 2 or 3 mullions, consult the "2 or 3 mullions" graph.
