REMOTE VISUAL INSPECTION (RVI) [1]PX-2005(PAL) 7 mm / 3 meterการตรวจสอบด้วยกล้องวีดีโอภาพสี ขนาด 7 มม. / 3 เมตร

This RVI tool is a 7 mm diameter and 3 meter long video color probe, capable of entering nozzles, holes and passages with diameter from 10 mm upwards. Its extended length of 3 meter allows for shorter penetration into an object to view in clear detail the internal condition of virtually any object. The probe tip has remote articulation, allow-ing the camera to look in all forward and sideways directions. The probe itself is flexible and can be pushed past bends and obstructions.

RVI is normally used to be able to “see” through acamera what an object, such as tube, pipe, vessel,gear, tank or turbine looks like on the inside. The inspection may be to verify cleanliness inside, or to look for damages like wear, cracks, metal dust,or similar. All internal inspection can be recorded either on digital medium or on traditional video andpictures will be taken of any particular observations,so to fully document any found condition.

The tool is normally operated by 1 or 2 RVI operators,depending how much documentation is requiredand how difficult the inspection itself is. All resultsare instant and the client often chooses to watchthe live image on a monitor together with the RVIinspectors, so that immediate action can be takenon any problems found.

อุปกรณ์ RVI ชนิดนี้เป็นกล้องวีดีโอภาพสี ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 7 มิลลิเมตร สายกล้องยาว 3 เมตร มีความสามารถเข้าตรวจภายในหัวฉีด หลุม และรางต่างๆ ที่มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 10 มิลลิเมตร ขึ้นไป สายกล้องยาว 3 เมตร ซึ่งเหมาะสำาหรับงานที่มีความลึกไม่มาก ภายในชิ้นงานแทบทุกชนิด บริเวณปลายของกล้องสามารถควบคุมการหักเหทิศทางการมองเห็น ไม่ว่าจะไปด้านหน้าหรือด้านข้าง ส่วนตัวของกล้องเองมีความยืดหยุ่นพอสมควร จึงสามารถที่จะถูกดันผ่านจุดหักเห ส่วนโค้งงอ หรือสิ่งกีดขวางต่างๆ ได้ ด้านหน้ากล้องมีแหวน LED ให้แสงสว่างเพื่อช่วยในการมองเห็นภายใน

โดยปกติอุปกรณ์ชนิดนี้ใช้ผู้ตรวจสอบครั้งละ 1-2 คน ขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะและปริมาณของการบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบรวมทั้งความยากง่ายของงานแต่ละชิ้น สำาหรับงานที่เร่งด่วน ลูกค้าสามารถดูผลการตรวจสอบได้ทันทีพร้อมๆ กับ ผู้ตรวจผ่านทางหน้าจอแสดงผล ขณะที่ทำาการตรวจสอบดังนั้นถ้าหากพบกับปัญหาลูกค้าสามารถที่จะเริ่มการแก้ไขได้ในทันที
