Notice is hereby given that AB <FL Technics>> uls a pafi-I47 approvedOrganisation meets the requirements of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Ministry ofTransport of the Russian Federation.

The Federal Air Transport Agency has considered the Organisation arrangements'and has made the following conclusion:1' AB <<FL Technics> is approved as Part-147 Maintenance Training Organisation

by the Lithuania civil Aviation Authority (cerrificate }lb LT. 147.}aD.2- The methods, content and form of knowledge and, skills evaluation provide an

effective knowledge control.3. The instructors of AB <FL Technics>> have been properly kained and have got

the required experience and authorization.4. The programs, facilities and equipment for theoretical and on the job training

corresponds to the requirements of Federal Air Transport Agency.

The approval of AB dL Technics>> is,valid for the nert24months from the dateof signing.
