1. Increase weekly frequency of flights;
2. Operate the flights on a year-round schedule by 2015;
3. Sign up for an interline agreement with a US-based
carrier, potentially Alaska Airlines, which will allow for
more connections to and from the US;
4. To enable more attractive fares for customers through:
• Securing subsidized route program by Governments of
both countries;
• Certain categories of travelers being eligible for their
respective country’s state funding program.
