KABUL - A key Taliban com-mander has been killed along with two associates in a secu-rity operation in the Manogi district of eastern Kunar prov-ince, an official said on Tues-day.Abdul Ghani Mosamam, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that se-curity forces conducted the op-eration in Lichlam area late on Monday night.
