through cultural exchange with Russian citizens;

• To help orphans and children who have no home or family;

• To help strengthen the authority and role of the family in the society;

• To help protect motherhood, childhood and fatherhood;

• To help in areas of education, science, culture, art, enlightenment, and the spiritual development of a person;

• To help in the area of prevention and health protection of citizens and also promoting a healthy way of life, improving the moral and sociological conditions of the citizens;
