BSc Sport and Exercise Science - NTU48 + 48 + 40 = 136 tariff points
• All students are due in everyday at 8.40am for form time (20 mins)
• Students will then typically have 3/4 x 1 hour contact lessons a day
• 25 min morning break & 45 min lunch – Deli in Sixth Form for sixth formers
• Last lesson finishes at 3.15pm (sometimes twilight lessons until 4.15pm)
• There is a hard work culture, in their non-contact time they are expected to work in QSA, common rooms, study rooms or computer rooms…
• Students can leave site if they sign in and out – this is a privilege not a right
• There is then an expectation to complete around hours 15 of additional independent study
• There is an expectation to engage in wider school activities
• Sensible dress code

• Our entry requirements…
• Grade 4 GCSE in Mathematics and English Language
• A minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4 to 9
• To do a subject at A level which you have done at GCSE you will
need a Grade 6 (to study Further Maths a grade 7 in GCSE
Mathematics is required)

term
• Internal Applicant ‘interviews’: January to March 2022
• New to Rushcliffe evenings – March 2022
• Sixth Form Taster Days: June / July 2022
• GCSE Results & Enrolment Friday 25th August 2022

(approx. 300 words in length). The personal statement should
include reference to:
