• Select “ePetHealth Export”

• End of Day Reports

• Click “Continue”

• It is recommended to run this report after work for the day has finished

• Running this report can take from fifteen minutes to several hours, depending on the size of your database

• For optimal performance we recommend doing this on the server or sharing machine

• This banner displays if your last successful upload was more than 3 days ago and shows the date and time of the last upload

Run an ePet Upload

• Confirm that the the ePetHealth Web Services Info is configured appropriately

• Last Run will display the last time an ePet report was uploaded (turns red if it has been more than one day since your last upload)

• VetFM has as default to send Reminders but not SOAP or Public Notes

• Please contact ePet if you have any questions about your Clinic ID

Automate the ePet Upload• Install VetFM ePet Applet

• VetFM comes equipped with an applet you can install to automatically do an ePet export and upload at 11:30 PM every day

• Again, for optimal performance we recommend you install this on the sharing or server computer

• Admin Parameters System Tab Misc Info Tab

• Click the “Install ePet Uploader” button

• Set VetFM ePet Applet to “Open at Login”

• Version 5.52 b4 7

• After installation,“Right-Click” on VetFM ePet Applet in the dock

• Select “Options”

• Select “Open at Login”

• Remember: the computer must be awake (monitor sleep is OK) and VetFM must be running for the Applet to function properly

• It is recommended you keep the applet in the dock so that you can easily check if it is running
