We can see how hard you work

The UK media unfortunately

portrays Ibiza as a party

location with many drunken

people and certainly not the

place to go if you want to relax

or take a family. They have this

completely wrong, and sailing

around Ibiza gave us a pleasant

surprise. Your beaches and

anchorages are very beautiful

and the water is so clear, we

were not expecting this at

all. We felt that the distances

between the anchorages was

perfect for families with young

children as well as adult groups

sailing together. Having now

visited Ibiza, we certainly have

a much better understanding of

what the clients can expect and

also know they will have a great

trip, like we did.

Hello Igor and all Rumbo’s Team

I send you this mail for thank

you a lot for your welcome

at San Antonio and for the

beautifull gift you did for me.

We had a great weather, a

little windy at the beginning

for sail, with the sun every day

and the water was around 23°!

The sailing route we followed

was exactly this one suggested

by Igor for a trip all around

Formentera and Ibiza island. All

the crew appreciate a lot Ibiza

because the landscapes we saw

were different and beautifull

and Igor was right when he

explained me that Ibiza is perfect

for a cruising for 7 days.

We could see your office, the

pier where are the boats and

your organisation to do the

check in and check out with the

clients. All was perfect and

the check in and check out

were very professionnal.

I had the opportunity to sailed

on several boats of my partners

(Croatia, Italy, Sicily, Greece,

Palma, Corsica, Sardaigna …)

and it was the first time I saw the

informatic system Igor created

and used to follow the boats

during the cruising of the clients.

I was really impressed because

with this system, there is no

injustifed claim. According to me

Igor should patent this system !!!

The CUSTOMER will pay a deposit in cash or credit card (no AMEX)In case of damages or losses in the vessel or its components

RUMBO NORTE will choose between:• Withhold the value of the damages or losses from the deposit on landing.

• Withhold the deposit while the damages or losses are assessed.In case of delay in returning the vessel the day of landing,

RUMBO NORTE will be entitled to totally or partially withhold the deposit as acompensation.

The agency will receive 20% of the charter amount as a commission. Extra services are not subject to commissions.

Be so kind as to inform your customers about the boarding times. To avoid waiting times, we suggest the customers plan their arrival in Ibiza.

RUMBO NORTE will contact their customers in case the boats are available before theprogrammed time, in which case the delivery could be advanced.

During the boarding process, the customer will be able to ask for information about the boat and its operation, the client will have one program with all informations with videos, instructions, etc.

The client will check and sing the inventory list, the boat conditions, components, equipments, gear, etc with the contract with our new TABLET CHECK IN & FORMATION SYSTEM.

He will report all the questions or eventual failures of the boat or its components the same day, so that

RUMBO NORTE is able to repair them or to explain its operation.

Once the customer leaves the harbour on Sunday, it is understood that all the boat equipment is in perfect condition

and the customer accepts it as being in perfect condition without any complaints possible from that moment on.

BOAT ACCEPTANCE



As a result of long experience, we have developed two special packs for our customers:

COMFORT PACK, 250€-300€ (Mandatory, to be paid on boarding –cash) • 250€ 2-3 cabins 300€ 4 cabins 350€ 5 cabins • Inicial and final cleaning service. • Big size towels (1 X crew member). • Pillows and pillow-cases (2 X cabin). • Sheets (2 X cabin). • Spare Motorboat (4 stroke engine or electric engine Torqeedo). • WI-FI Internet connection on board * Hi speed connection not guaranteed • Pilot book with pictures in English, German or Spanish

COMFORT PACK VIP, 100€ (Optional, to be paid on boarding –cash or credit card): • Priority on boarding time: Saturday before 14.00h.

Once the reservation is closed with the customer,it will be considered firm and should the customer become unable to perform the charter,

he will lose all the payments already settled to date.In case the agency propose an alternative customer, we will charge 5% as cancellation

and change of customer fee.

All eventual complaints made by customers will be informed to Rumbo Norte at themoment or at the check-out day, and will be recorded at RUMBO NORTE local site.

Upon submission to the local site, Management will decide and send a written response within 7 days.

The charter price includes the mooring in the base harbour. Nautic Club of Sant Antoni.

Our inventory check control is very easy to use for your clients:We will provide them one IPAD with our automatic control system.Out IPAD system will show the client how to use the boat andcheck the inventory list also can be assisted for our staff• Videos with demonstrations of the use of all equipments• Check list of inventory equipments• Signature by the client on line of the inventory list• Our staff will assist the client at all times• Guidelines for use of equipments• At the end of the charter period, our staff may check in the same system the boat (in presence of the client) and they will assess directly the damage (if there is any)

THE SATISFACTION SURVEYIn the same system, the satisfaction survey will be fulfilled at check-out day

If there is any comment or claim, they must remark it(compulsory) in the survey systemIf the client doesn´t report any problem during the

period of charter or in the satisfaction survey, the customer is not entitled to any further compensation
