The list of participants shall be given by the BUFICOM alone. No one is allowed to print certificates if it is not validated by the BUFICOM. If anyone found guilty of this rule, he/she should pay a fine of 100 for every Symposium Certificates and P500 for every YES! Certificate. 2. The registration committee must encode the names of the payees/participants in the MS Excel. The registration committee is responsible in submitting the list of the payees/participants to the BUFICOM not later than 1 week before the event. The registration committee must submit the soft copy of the list of payees/participants with the correct spelling to the BUFICOM. 3. The YECS is not reliable in printing again any misspelled name in the certificate due to the error of the Registration Committee. Otherwise, the Registration Committee must pay P5 for the certificate to be printed. 4. Once the list of participants is already validated, the go signal from the BUFICOM shall be made. The working committee shall be given 2 days to produce at least 150 copies of certificates. 5. The working committee must not delay the production of the certificates. 6. The certificates must be printed before going to a specific symposium, seminar and other YECS related event. Whether present or not, the committee should print the certificate of the paid participants. 7. During the production, the working committee must ensure that the names are correct based on the list. In case of confusion in the names of the participants, the committee must verify it to the registration committee. 8. The working committee must produce certificates of the late payees on the day of the event. The late payees should not

RULES ON PRINTING CERTIFICATES

1. The list of participants shall be given by the BUFICOM alone. No one is allowed to print certificates if it is not validated by the BUFICOM. If anyone found guilty of this rule, he/she should pay a fine of 100 for every Symposium Certificates and P500 for every YES! Certificate.

2. The registration committee must encode the names of the payees/participants in the MS Excel. 9. The working committee must pile the printed certificate alphabetically based on the participants’ first name. The certificates must be categorized by letters. In categorizing, the working committee must place a divider in every letter category for easy checking. The printed certificates must be covered by cellophane and be placed in the box for safety purposes.

10. The number of certificates must coincide to the number of paid participants. If this rule is being violated, the BUFICOM must check the list of the paid and verified participants on the Registration committee.

11. During the event, the working committee for the certificate should verify the list of absents in the Registration committee. The working committee is held reliable in eliminating the certificates of absent yet paid participants of the event.

12. The paper to be bought for the certificate production should be cheap. The highest cost for the paper is P2.00 each.

13. The working committee must have the inventory of the materials before and after the production of the certificates. The working committee must submit the inventory 3 days after the event. Otherwise, they should pay a fine of P100.

14. The working committee has only 10 paper allowance subjected for the error of printing. Otherwise, they are reliable in replacing the paper or paying P2.00 in every error of printing. THE PAPER IS EXPENSIVE, SAVE IT.
