RULES AND REGULATIONS Players Rules: -The minimum age for
participating is 22 years old -Any employee who is registered in
any professional club, team, or registered in The Egyptian Football
Federation, isnt allowed to participate. Tournaments Grouping: -The
Tournament consists of 8 groups. -The number of teams in each group
varies according to the number of participating teams. -A number of
16 teams will be qualified to the 2nd round. -Every team consists
of 10 players, 5 of them participate in the game. -The goal keeper
has to wear a different color than the rest of the team members,
while the players have to wear the same color. -In case of the two
teams wearing the same color, a toss will be made and one team will
wear an over shirt. Ball Size: -The matches will be played using a
size 5 football Match Duration: -Matches are divided into 2 halves,
each half is a 10 minutes long -Semi final and final matches are 15
minutes long Player Substitution: -Player substitution is unlimited
and can take place at any time during the match -The player being
substituted must exist from the midfield where the refereeing
committees placed -The substitute has the right to enter the court
after the substituted player exists without stopping the match -The
match is stopped only if the Goal Keeper is being substituted On
field rules: -Kickoffs and corner kicks can be counted as a goal if
the player succeeds in shooting the ball towards the goal area. -A
throw-in doesnt count as a goal if the player aims to the goal
area, unless touched by another player before entering the goal.
-The Goal-kick is played by the Goal Keeper by hand and doesnt
count as a goal if aimed at the goal area of the opposite team,
unless touched by a player. -Any player with three consecutive
yellow cards gets banned from playing the coming match. -In case of
obtaining two yellow cards in a match, the player is dismissed from
the game. Slide 10 RULES AND REGULATIONS -If being dismissed from
the match, the players team must play the game shorthanded for one
minute before getting a substitute player, unless the opposite team
scores a goal, only then the shorthanded team has the right to get
a substitute right away. -Every team has the right to timeout once
during each half, on the condition that all players remain in the
field, and only the coach has the right to ask for the timeout.
-Tackling is not over ruled as long as it is made in the presence
of the ball, according to the latest amendment made by
International Football Association. -If the player delays the
corner kick, free kick, goal kick, throw in, or an indirect free
kick for more than 6 seconds, the play is given to the opposite
team. -If the goal keeper passes the ball to a player within his
team in his half of the field, the player is not allowed to return
the ball to the goal keeper until he passes one half of the field.
-The throw in should be played from the specific place and should
be played within the field. -When a team makes 5 fouls, the 6th is
considered a penalty kick played from a distance of 12 yards. -Any
disgraceful or inappropriate behavior from any player towards the
audience, the committee, or the organizers, will result in him
being kicked out from the field, deleted from the tournament, and a
report will be written about him by the committee and given to this
company -For the safety of the attendees, the organizers ban the
usage of fireworks. Matches Timing and Schedule: -Each team will be
granted only 15 minutes delay in their 1st match of the season
-Only 10 minutes delay is excusable in the matches of the season
Who will be qualified incase of equal points? -If there is a tie
between two teams, the refereeing committee will announce the
winner based on the result of the direct match between them. -If
there is a tie between two teams, the team that scores more goals
will be qualified. -If there is a tie between two teams, the team
that has received fewer goals will be qualified. -If there is a tie
between two teams, penalty kicks will be played between them. Slide
