Cameron KnollRules Committee Charter

Mission Statement:The Rules committee will review Cameron Knoll's "Architectural Rules, Regulations, and Standards" document and make any changes necessary so that we can maintain a uniform look to our neighborhood.

Organization:The Rules Committee will contain at least three (3) members and have one current HOA Board Member acting as a liaison officer. The Committee will allow any homeowner in good standing to be a member. The HOA Board has veto power over any and all actions and potential actions issued by the Committee.

Duties and Responsibilities:I. The Committee will hold one meeting during each calendar year.

II. Propose changes of the "Architectural Rules, Regulations, and Standards" Document to the HOA Board for approval.

III. Work to improve the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) process so that it is easier for everyone to understand.
