RUGGED HARDWARE SOLUTIONS 1 INTRODUCTION Hi Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd., (HRSL) designs, fabricates and integrates customized rugged hardware solutions. Aerospace and Defense end-users need the latest hardware systems for tactical superiority. To meet the high-end and demanding end user requirement, rugged COTS equipment is not readily available. Using industrial COTS components, HRSL provides solutions for customers who need reliable systems that will operate in a variety of harsh conditions and who require revision control and hardware consistency for multi-year programs. Our range of products is designed to meet most of the rugged hardware applications in Military, Space and Defense. 2 HRSL RUGGED HARDWARE PORTFOLIO 2.1 WORKSTATIONS AND BLADE SERVERS HRSL's has created a series of Rugged PC Workstations that are an innovative ruggedized external chassis, fixed & portable, enterprise-class performance in harsh conditions. HRSL's Workstations combines the highest-performance mobile server, based on the dual-core and quad- core Intel Xeon and the Dual-Core AMD Opteron processor etc, with a high performance graphics workstation, ruggedized in one briefcase-like form factor. The user-configurable flat panel-based rugged workstation for use in a wide variety of Command and Control applications. These fixed & portable and rugged workstation systems are ideal for various field-based, mission critical and computing-intensive applications such as digital computer forensics, UAV flight control systems, remote GIS and mapping, or flight line data acquisition, analysis and control. 2.2 CONTROLLERS HRSL develops robust controllers for your series of parallel, electric or hydraulic hybrid mobile systems. HRSL has a strong background in developing systems for military, automotive, and off-road applications and can help you with your prototype or production controller design. 2.5.2 LASER SENSORS- NODDAR

HRSL develops and manufactures products for the military and paramilitary with ground, sea and air-borne applications.

HRSL provides real-time continuous monitoring, and real-time measurements of the amount of atmospheric extinction as well as the cause, ie low-lying aerosols, dust or smoke in the free troposphere, or high cirrus.

The range of 3D laser scanning units from Hi Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd. provides a very efficient and cost effective system to generate high quality 3D point cloud data. These systems are suitable for deployment in harsh environments and also on mobile armored platforms

2.6 CUSTOM RUGGED HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT

HRSL also undertakes customer-specific rugged hardware development.

GPS- HRSL has developed in-house Rugged GPS sensors having applications for several Vehicle Tracking Systems as well in various harsh mobile environments.
