4.2.4The Host Union will provide comprehensive security at and around each Venue,Training Venue, Team accommodation and other relevant locations, tothe satisfaction of the Company and undertakes to ensure that allappropriate and necessary security precautions are in place for theTournament as a whole covering all those involved with or connectedwith the Tournament including, but not limited to, players, officialsand spectators, and shall liaise with local police and other relevantauthorities and security providers in relation to ground control and allnecessary and relevant security provision in and out of Venues andTraining Venues and generally in the Host territory ensure that allappropriate and necessary measures shall be taken and arrangementsare in place with the relevant authorities in order to guarantee the safeand peaceful hosting of the Tournament.
The Host Union shall preparecontingency plans and an escalation strategy for heightened security inrelation to the Tournament and its participants in circumstances wherean actual or perceived security threat arises.

• Lockdown of zones 1 and 2 (FOP, Tunnel and Changing Rooms) for KO -90 minutes (this was extended to 100 minutes to provide a 10 minute sweep) when teams are scheduled to arrive. Lockdown maintained until FT +60 minutes
