El MEETING PLACE está situado en el emblemático edificio recientemente rehabilitado Castellana 81. Obra maestra de Sáenz de Oiza, cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada en el Paseo de la Castellana y constituye un hito del paisaje urbano del Madrid moderno, así como un referente de la arquitectura española del siglo XX. Castellana 81 se alza en el punto neurálgico del centro financiero de AZCA, el corazón de negocios de Madrid, con magníficas comunicaciones y conexiones con la red de transporte público.

MEETING PLACE is located in the recently renovated emblematic building of Castellana 81. A masterpiece by Sáenz de Oiza, it has a privileged location in Paseo de la Castellana and is a landmark in the urban landscape of modern Madrid, as well as a benchmark of 20th century Spanish architecture. Castellana 81 stands in the nerve centre of the AZCA financial centre, the business heart of Madrid, with magnificent communications and public transport links.

Tras una ambiciosa rehabilitación, se posiciona a la vanguardia de la sostenibilidad, la accesibilidad y la tecnología.

En este sentido, Castellana 81 es el primer y único edificio de oficinas del Paseo de la Castellana que ostenta la certificación LEED Platino en la categoría Core & Shell. Además, por su accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad, mayores y embarazadas, es también el primer edificio de oficinas de España con el nivel cinco estrellas de la certificación DIGA (Distintivo Indicador del Grado de Accesibilidad), creada y otorgada por la Fundación Shangri-La.

Finalmente, Castellana 81 ha iniciado el proceso de certificación WELL Building Standard en la tipología Core & Shell y aspira a ser el primer edificio de Madrid en obtenerla. WELL es la certificación para edificios pionera en el mundo en centrarse únicamente en la salud y el bienestar humano. Se basa en siete años de investigación científica, médica y arquitectónica.

After an ambitious renovation, it stands at the forefront of sustainability, accessibility and technology.

In this regard, Castellana 81 is the first and only office building in Paseo de la Castellana that has LEED Platinum certification in the Core & Shell category. Furthermore, due to its accessibility for people with disabilities, the elderly and pregnant women, it is also the first office building in Spain to have the five-star DIGA certification (Distinctive Indicator of the Degree of Accessibility), created and awarded by the Shangri-La Foundation.

Finally, Castellana 81 has begun the WELL Building Standard certification process in the Core & Shell category and it hopes to be the first building in Madrid to obtain it. WELL is the globally pioneering certificate for buildings which focuses solely on people’s health and wellbeing. It is based on seven years of scientific, medical and architectural research.

El auditorio del MEETIG PLACE de Castellana 81 tiene capacidad para 188 personas. Su diseño aúna aspectos funcionales que aseguran una acústica óptima y el máximo confort para los usuarios con una estética moderna y actual.

Dispone de salas de control y de traducción simultánea, guardarropa y una zona anexa de 105 m² para la celebración de recepciones y cócteles.

Es totalmente accesible para personas con movilidad reducida y cuenta con bucle magnético para personas con discapacidad auditiva.

Está equipado con la más avanzada tegnología.

The auditorium of MEETIG PLACE at Castellana 81 has capacity for 188 people. Its design combines functional aspects that ensure optimal acoustics and the utmost comfort for the users with a modern and contemporary aesthetic.

It has a control room and a simultaneous translation room, a cloakroom and an adjoined area of 105 sq. m for holding receptions and cocktails.

It is fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility and has an induction loop for hearing impaired persons.

MEETING PLACE at Castellana 81 has eight meeting rooms with various capacities, equipped with the latest technology.

Room hire includes:
