The will to undertake, the Corporate CommitmentTerminals are the central elements around which pre and post-shipment transportation modes are connecting: sea, river, rail, road and pipeline... Far from considering terminals as static, we make them a dynamic component of the supply chain.

Rubis Terminal’s sites all have different histories, sizes, locations and specialisations. Some are logistics bases for industrial platforms, while others serve as regional gateways for suppliers. Located in major logistics hubs, they play a role in balancing international trade. Some of our facilities have only recently been built, while others have undergone profound transformations to adapt to current standards.

But what they all share is what the users of our terminals expect from us:> a constant concern for the safety of our personnel, our subcontractors and

local residents,> respect for the environment, protection of land, water and air,> stability in the volume and quality of the products we store,> efficient and reliable procedures.

What they also have in common is what makes Rubis different: the professionalism of the men and women who design and operate our facilities. It is their skills, commitment and initiative that enable us to provide innovative and effective solutions. Each of our sites is run by an autonomous, flexible and responsive team. Alert to changes in the market, we listen carefully to each individual customer and can always adapt to meet their requirements.

We are focused on ensuring the greatest efficiency of the means of entry and exit to our sites: jetties, road and rail junctions. As our growth demonstrates, we are contributing to the progress of our industry and we support our customers wherever their development takes them.

A subsidiary of the Rubis Group, a leading European player in the downstream oil sector, Rubis Terminal specialises in storing liquid petroleum products, chemical products, agri-foods and fertilisers. It is the leading independent operator in France and the fifth largest in Europe.

Motor and heating fuels such as diesel fuel and petrol (98-octane, 95-octane, E5, E10, E85), marine fuel, aviation fuel, heating fuel and heavy fuel.

Chemical products, stored for petrochemical and pharmaceutical groups.

Liquid fertilisers, for supply to farmers and agricultural cooperatives.

Agri-food products such as edible and industrial oils, biofuels and molasses intended for livestock as well as yeast production and the pharmaceutical industry.

For each product, there is a specific type of storage respecting stringent technical standards. We work in close partnership with our customers to provide them with the services best adapted to their needs.

We also offer a wide range of related services, such as mixing, additivation, colouring, dilution, heating, cooling and blanketing.

We have labs on all our sites fitted with high-performance equipment and our teams are

trained to monitor the quality of the products we store and to ensure the earliest possible detection of any potential alteration to the specifications.

Thanks to the variety of modes of access to our facilities – by sea, river, road, rail and pipeline – we are able to provide a great deal of flexibility to meet the demands of our partners.

Our engineering teams are constantly working on optimising our logistics solutions and are able to make adaptations to our installations according to each customer’s specific needs.

IN FRANCE

Dunkirk The terminal has been connected to the NATO pipeline since January 2014, enabling it to extend its distribution zone to storage terminals in Valenciennes (northern France) and Vatry, Saint-Baussant, Strasbourg and Reichstett (all in eastern France).

RouenAs part of the programme to improve sea access to the Port of Rouen, the site will have a 12.5-metre draught at the end of 2014, when a seventh jetty is commissioned.

ReichstettFollowing the acquisition of the former refinery’s storage and distribution facilities in 2013, we have brought a capacity of 360,000 m3 into service and the truck loading station is operational for distillates. Early in 2015, the site will also be capable of loading petrol. The terminal also benefits from substantial rail infrastructures, which will encourage further expansion. The availability of numerous supply routes to the site allows our customers to optimise their costs according to prevailing market conditions: pipeline from Fos-sur-Mer or Dunkirk and barges on the River Rhine from the ARA zone or Germany. The site’s storage capacity will eventually rise to 500,000 m3.

OUR DEVELOPMENTS

6 7

Consolidating our positions in France and continuing our international expansion

OTHER COUNTRIES

Rotterdam (Netherlands)A 53,400 m3 extension to the terminal is under construction. The site will be equipped with new steel and stainless steel tanks ranging from 500 m3 to 10,000 m3, as well as new jetties. From its current storage capacity of 161,600 m3, the terminal is set to reach 215,000 m3 in 2016 and 310,000 m3 by 2020.

Antwerp (Belgium)Thanks to an initial expansion of 39,000 m3 in 2013, our storage capacity has now risen to 110,000 m3. A new tankpit and an extension to the jetty are planned for 2016. The tankpit will be

equipped with steel and stainless steel tanks ranging from 2,700 m3 to 8,400 m3. Ultimately, the installation’s capacity could be increased to 500,000 m3, with a possible expansion of the gas storage.

Ceyhan (Turkey) Following the commissioning of storage tanks for bunker fuels and imported petroleum products in March 2013, we are progressively expanding the site’s storage capacity, with the goal of achieving 990,000 m3, and we are planning the construction of tanks for chemical products. At the same time, a 2.3-kilometre jetty now under construction, capable of berthing six ships including two Suezmax vessels, will be commissioned in 2015.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND SAFETY

A Safety Culture is one of the Group’s intrinsic values and our management system is based on Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE). Group policy consists in ensuring employees, suppliers, customers and local residents:> operational safety,> stability in the quality of products entrusted to us,> management of industrial risks,> protection of the land, water and air.

Our quality policy forms part of a process of continuous improvement of the safety management system, which has resulted in many of our facilities being awarded the following certifications:> ISO 9001 (quality management),> ISO 14001 (environmental management),> CDI-T (Chemical Distribution Institute – Terminals),> OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety

management),> Responsible Care (health, safety and environmental

management for chemicals sites).

In addition, other forms of approval can be specifically arranged at the request of our customers.

We apply the regulations in force in our industry and in the countries where we operate, and we emphasise the training and empowerment of our teams. Audits are regularly carried out in order to assess and improve our performance in terms of quality, safety and the environment.
