The opening credits begin with a quickly paced boom shot of a row of letters and numbers, which then there is a hand drawn circle with a yellow highlighter. This is connotes to the audience that this is a key into their mystery, this could be foreshadowing that the film may be about conspiracy theories. This was done to display that there connections being made, however its not clear how they are connected this is an enigma code of what connections are what are they looking for, this would intrigue the audience to continue watching.

The line drawn is dragged through the black board to a close up of a section of a newspaper where large sections of the text is blacked out. This displays the theme of secrets and it also suggests to the audience that that the information can only be accessed from someone with high authority, This leads me to believe that the character making these connection does not have high level of authority.

The trails of connection continue to bar codes, maps and documents, leaving the audience puzzled with the embedded messages. Once the connection is made, it was quickly swept off the screen and the next clue quickly appears on the screen , this is done to portray a sign of urgency that this information needs to be released.
