POLY-SOFT S40

Low Hardness, High Resilience & Flexible rubber compound to absorb and repulse the impact of abrasive forces of material handled. Suitable for sliding or slurry abrasion by fine to medium size particles. (< 20mm)

Slurry tank, pipe liners, pump liners etc.

POLY-SOFT S70

High Impact and Cut resistant, highly elastic compound to handle coarse and sharp materials with severe impact. (Particle size 20 ~ 150 mm)

Bin & Hopper linings, Scrubbers& Gravel washers, Pulley lagging, Cyclone & Pump liners, Oversize reject material chutes.

POLY-SOFT S60

Blend of Natural & Synthetic rubber with good chemical resistance at limited temperatures. Recommended for HCL storage & transportation service. Available in white, red and black colours. Food grade available.

Graphite based Hard Rubber Lining with superior chemical resistance at elevated temperature. Lining with good flexibility and high impact resistance.

Suitable for vessels, Reactors, Pipes at high operating temperature.

POLY-HARD. ELTV70

Exhaust steam vulcanised Hard Rubber Lining. Suitable for lining vessels, which cannot be cured with pressurised steam.

For large size Vessels, this cannot be transported.

POLYPRENE-C60

Good weathering and ozone cracking resistance. Good acid, oil & abrasion resistance. Suitable for mild acid conditions, seawater and slurry circulation etc.

Same as C-60, but self-vulcanising type. Cures on storage. Suitable for lining equipments, which cannot be steam vulcanised.

Graphite -filled hard rubber lining based on isoprene rubber (IR) that is vulcanizes in the autoclave.its reccomended as a protective lining for structural components made of steel that are subjected to chemical exposure.

The primary fields of application include lining for reaction and process tanks that are operated at higher temperature (120´C),in particular for fixed head tubular heat exchangers and special steel linings

A graphite filled hard rubber lining based on isoprene rubber (IR) that is vulcanized in an autoclave. excellent chemical resistance to alkaline and acidic media.

VULKODURIT D3

A hard rubber lining that is vulcanized in autoclave. It is recommended as a protection system for steel components that are exposed to chemical attack. It is characterized by excellent chemical resistance & high diffusion resistance & good mechanical properties.

For structural components in garbage incineration plants, water treatment plants, in plants operated by the chemical industry. Vulkodurit D3 is suited for lining of condenser water box, and in nuclear power plants up to a radiation dose of 1MGy.
