MINING Rubber Metal Discharge Systems Polycorp specializes in the design and manufacture of Radial and Curved Pulp Lifters, Dischargers, and Grates. Polycorp Discharge Systems are suitable for AG/SAG and Primary Mills with grate discharge liner configurations. Polycorp’s Rubber Metal Discharge Systems are manufactured using a specially formulated high wear resistant rubber, which is carefully hand laid onto an engineered metal support structure. Polycorp has installed Rubber Metal Discharge Systems in SAG mills up to 38 ft/11.6 m in diameter worldwide. Polycorp Discharge Systems can be easily retro-fitted using existing mounting holes in the discharge head. Polycorp Discharge Systems are specially designed to improve mill throughput and avoid over grinding. Polycorp Rubber Metal Discharge Systems are designed and manufactured using a special wear resistant rubber for longer operating life, and can also be designed with replaceable wear inserts (ceramic, high alloy steel, etc.) at maximum wear zones. To ensure fit at the site, as part of our quality checks, Polycorp Discharge Systems are pre-assembled on the plant floor using wooden mill head mock-ups.
