an author, a speaker and an expert brand and marketing strategist Kelly is focused on

helping companies differentiate themselves and move the needle through strategic brand

leadership and positioning. Her focus is on growing strong brands that help attract the

right customer, gain market share, and increase revenue. a 25+ year veteran in both

marketing and sales, she has worked with Fortune 500 brands, most notably the ryland

Group, Pulte Group, re/MaX, Pearle Vision, and rollerblade. she has also worked with

Mattamy Homes, Canada’s largest homebuilder. Kelly is also the author of MOO-laH-Gy,

a brand and marketing primer for the entrepreneur.

MeliSSA (miSSe)project Manager and lead copywriter

With 12+ years managing projects and people with finesse, Melissa is rtM’s behind the

scenes details gal. she is organized and meticulous and anticipates what needs to be

accomplished before being asked. you can count on Melissa to take the initiative to ensure

that a task is done and done well. she thrives on delivering more than a client expects.

Melissa has worked for Hilton Hotels international and steptoe and Johnson, llP. Her

strength lies in multi-tasking at an indycar pace.

AMAndAcreative director and lead Graphic designer

With almost 10 years of design experience in print, brand identity and web media, amanda

is responsible for establishing the creative design direction and development for rtM.

she helps lead a team of designers on a wide range of project assignments such as brand

identities and print collateral. she has worked with Boston scientific, HandsOn thin Cities,

the new york Public library, Mn twins, target and salO. amanda is passionate about

each project and injects something new and original into each assignment in order to

create impactful and memorable work.

With over 13 years of experience in the web industry Ben can provide clients with a

wide variety of capabilities and web development expertise. He has worked on target

and Minneapolis international airport projects. Ben quickly adapts to the latest web

technologies and works hard to give customers great tools that help them showcase their

business brand and value via their 24/7 digital “business card”.

Julieresearch and Analysis

as a consultant for companies such as 3M, BlueCross Blueshield, Cargill, Mazda,

Walgreens, and Wolters Kluwer, Julie’s research-based insights and recommendations

development, company acquisitions and relationship management programs. she has

Kelly was contracted by K. Hovnanian Homes to create a new ad campaign concept. This was not a full-blown ad campaign,

but a hypothetical interpretation of a fresh new brand concept to be used as an alternative example to existing ads. The task

was to come up with something unexpected. Kelly and her team were given one day notice to produce these concepts without

any preparation, research, or marketing plan review. These concepts were produced within the same day to reflect a possible

direction focused on “contemporary living.” KHOV loved the idea and retained Kelly and her team to build out the campaign.

RE/MAX PROJECT: Recruitment Packet

Kelly and her team were contracted to re-Fresh the look, tone, and feel of the previously existing RE/MAX Recruitment

Packet, as a way to combat the recent launch of their competitors. The team conducted a competitive analysis and

completely rewrote the content to reflect market demand. Three designs were presented that reflect concepts such as “safe,

technology, and innovation.” The client chose innovation after hearing the rationale behind the design and direction.

Style 1 is considered to be close end. this would be a step forward from the current recruitment booklet. A more refined,

simplified version of what is currently in use. clean and minimal design mixed with fresh, and simple imagery to make for

a very easy to comprehend booklet.

STYLE 2:

Style 2 is a step into the modern world, it’s a “younger”, hipper take on the current booklet. Style 2 is trying to be the

new face of real estate, fast, fun and informative. Something that will easily pull in fresh, new recruits with an informative

design that doesn’t look like a real estate agency from the dinosaur era.

STYLE 3:

Style 3 is what we call “unexpected”. this is what a brand does to differentiate itself from a sea of competitors who all

look the same. With a totally fresh approach style 3 is an eye catching, breath of fresh air in an otherwise stale industry.

While still staying in line with the re/mAx results brand, the use of bold, simple, and fun illustrations will make the

prospective agent, and buyer look twice.
