RSD Folders is a secure content and document management solution for complete records management, content archiving, auditing, information lifecycle management (ILM), and e-discovery. It enables the efficient capture, storage, and retrieval of content generated by any legacy, ERP or PC-based application. RSD Folders facilitates identification, classification and management of virtually all types of content, in native format, as it is created, modified, stored, archived and retrieved in accordance with retention policies and regulations. In addition, utilizing optional add-on components, RSD Folders integrates SAP content via SAP Global Archive and adds print management capabilities using Doc2Print.

Call Centers have a complete view of all customer information, speeding response time, increasing first call resolution rate, improving agent productivity and ensuring appropriate information access control.

Claims Management Departments quickly and easily retrieve all documents for open claims, update them during their workflow, index, and modify document status during processing. When completed, claim status can be changed programatically to «closed», and all related documents archived with appropriate expiration dates.

Human Resource Departments are able to easily organize, classify, retrieve and archive employment applications, background checks, payroll records, employment agreements, and other sensitive employee documents, easily complying with document lifecycle, information governance and confidentiality requirements.
