New facility at Hoskote

The new plant at Hoskote was formally inaugurated on 23rd July 2016 by Shri R. V . Deshpande Honorable Minister of Industries, Government of Karnataka.

Admin building

The spacious admin building houses the engineering, project management, QC and document control team. It has a total area of 10,000 sq feet houses and includes large training room, conference & meeting rooms, a printer plotter room etc. It conjoins with the plant and can give complete view of the inside plant to a person standing on the level 2 of the building.

Plant

The plant is spread out in around 52,000 sq feet of area. It has 4 bays plus hydro test bay: Bay 1: 12,000 sq feet: Fabrication Bay. With 2 Tonne EOT 2 numbersBay 2: 12,000 sq feet: Light Assembly & Testing Bay. With 10 Tonne EOT and 3 Tonne 4 numbersBay 3: 4,000 feet: Utility BayBay 4: 12,000 feet: Heavy Assembly & Testing Bay. With 30 Tonne EOT and 3 Tonne 4 numbers

CNC Automatic Pipe Cutting and Profiling machine The plant has one CNC Automatic Pipe Cutting and Profiling machine

from Kistler Germany. Capabilities: It can handle CS and SS pipes upto thickness of 50 mm

using plasma.

Automatic pipe cutting & bevelling machinesThe plant has 2 automatic pipe cutting and bevelling machines from TAG Pipes UK (www.TAG-PIPE.com): Model E-Z FAB 6 - for 1’’- 6” diaModel E-Z FAB12 – for 6’’- 12’’ diaCapabilities: These two machines can cut and bevel pipes in one single operation. It can handle CS and SS pipes.

Stores

An area of around 8000 sqft has been barricaded for safe storage of pipes, raw material, consumables etc. EPC PROMAN software will track each and every component and pipe from the time of receipt in stores until issued to shop floor

Product Range Offered

Skid mounted assemblies such as lube oil skids as per API 614, dry gas seal panels, sealing steam unit, gas conditioning skids, etc.: The worldwide demand for steam turbine driven package is around 600 no. per annum, each such package has a minimum of 4-5 auxiliary skids.

Air & Gas Compression Skids, Pumping skids, turbine skids and metering skids: These skids are widely used in the Oil & Gas Industry and there are very few packagers for turbine skids creating a niche area.

Filtration skids and dosing skids: There is a huge demand for these products in the Chemical, Petro-Chemical and Water treatment industry.

High pressure pre-fabricated pipework as per ANSI B 31.3 and B 31.1. Pre-Fabricated piping reduce the construction, erection and testing time at site and has been preferred by end customers where project schedules are very short.

Suction strainers for pumps and compressors: All pumps and compressors in the Oil & Gas sector have to be equipped with suction strainers to protect these critical equipment.

Heat exchanger to TEMA and client specs: Since most of the Lube-Oil skids require heat exchangers, the company intends to design and manufacture this equipment.
