WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

(1) 100% Natural - Your customers will absolutely love these 100%

all-natural soap bars. Our soaps do not contain any chemicals or synthetics!

Most soaps on the market today have chemicals or synthetics in them which can lead to irritated, dry, itchy skin.

Our premium 100% natural soap is moisturizing, gentle and nourishing for delicate skin.

(2) Essential Oils - Our soaps are handmade with pure essential oils that create a long-lasting aroma that your customers

won’t be able to resist once they take a whiff! Essential oils are special because they are naturally derrived from plant

based material. Most soaps on the market today are made with fragrance oils or perfumes produced in a lab. We

believe skin should not be subject to these artificial ingredients.

(3) Luxury Oils - Our soaps are special because each variety feature a

unique blend of luxury oils that makes it unique. Your customers will

appreciate that no two varieties are the same.

Some of the luxury oils that we use include shea butter, jojoba oil, apricot

kernel oil, avocado oil, hempseed oil, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil and

aloe vera juice.

Each of our soaps contain a signficant portion of these luxury oils so

that you can actually feel the difference on your skin. Most soaps today

don’t include these oils or do so in very small quantities. Your customers

will love the feel of our soap on their skin!

(4) Vegan - We only use ingredients that are strictly vegan. We believe that plant based ingredients are better for your

skin and friendlier to the environment. You and your customers will be pleased to know that none of our products are

tested on animals.

(5) Custom Packaging - All of our soaps come packaged in a custom kraft box that is made from 100% recycled material.

Each box comes retail ready with a unique UPC number printed that makes it easy for you to track your inventory.

WHOLESALE PRODUCT OFFERING

By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Round Rock

Soap Company, LLC (RRSC).

You are purchasing premium all-natural handmade vegan soap bars handcrafted by Round Rock Soap Company, LLC.

Your customers are sure to love our soaps because they are made from scratch using all-natural plant-based ingredients.

Our premium soaps are unique because they are (1) 100% natural, (2) made with pure essential oils for a long-lasting aroma,

(3) contain luxury oils, (4) are strictly vegan and (5) each bar is packaged in a custom kraft box made from 100% recycled material.

These boxes also come with a unique UPC number that makes it easy for you to track your inventory.

Please note that there may be natural variations in the soap due to its handmade and natural process.

WHOLESALE PRICING Our wholesale bar soap is priced significantly below our MSRP as specified on the pricing sheet which we will send you after you

submit the Vendor Set-up Form with a copy of your Sales & Use Tax Certificate

. Due to the immense discount, we have certain

criteria that must be met in order for you to submit a wholesale order form.

(1) You must complete the Vendor Set-up Form with a copy of your Sales & Use Tax Certificate.

(2) While there are currently no MOQs, products must be purchased by the case which generally consists of 12 units.

(3) RRSC product must be sold in either your retail store or on your company website. RRSC product is required

to be stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, and kept in good condition. All internet resellers must have a web address of

their own to sell RRSC products. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com storefront.

Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online auction site such as eBay. RRSC products should be represented as part

of a category of like products. Once approved, we will send you product photography free of charge for use on your website.

(4) The sale or distribution of RRSC products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end customer is strictly

prohibhited unless specifically approved in writing by RRSC.

(5) Duplication or adulteration of our products or packaging or falsely representing our products as your own is prohibited. WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

RRSC currently does not require a minimum order. Should one be created, all buyers will be given substantial notice of no less

than 45 days. Products must be purchased by the case which generally consists of 12 units. If you are a new customer and you

are not sure which soaps to start with, we do offer a full-size sample pack that comes with 8 soaps (1 of each of our 8 different

soaps) to help you decide. WHOLESALE ORDER FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment can take up to 4 weeks depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly.

If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks. Back-order items can take

up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be

shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply. WHOLESALE SHIPPING & HANDLING

The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products as dictated via USPS Priority Mail. All

orders will have delivery confirmation added and will be insured up to the wholesale value of the order. RRSC will not be

responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Please note that the $4.95 flat shipping charge on our retail website is for

retail orders only. Due to size and weight of wholesale orders, we charge a shipping rate of the greater of $14.00 or 9% of the

order total. Please make sure to provide a current email address with your order submission as we will email you a tracking

number when your order ships. WHOLESALE PAYMENTS & CANCELATIONSOrders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. We accept Visa & Mastercard Debit & Credit Cards. Please

make sure to sign and accurately complete all fields in the payment section of the order form. We will charge your card 30% of the

order total at the time of order submisson and the remaining balance at the time of shipment. All canceled orders will incur a 30%

restocking fee. Payment terms are negotiable once you have accumulated $500+ in purchases and your account is in good standing. WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

Round Rock Soap Company, LLC is responsible for getting your order to you in good condition. If any items arrive damaged,

please notify us within 3 days of arrival for replacements or a credit. Due to the fact that all orders are custom cut and wrapped

for you, and due to the very nature of the natural personal products we sell, we cannot accept returns. To preserve the color and

quality of the soaps, keep them out of heat and direct sun.
