Coordinating with the Finance department for arranging / providing the payment updated details for sale

from various parties.

Making arrangement for the dispatch of oil from the factory by coordination with interlinked departments.

Actively involved in making Debit & Credit notes in coordination with the account dept.

Maintaining depot stock reconciliation.

Stock Located from factory and unloaded at terminal under clearing GRN.

Creating Sales order for edible oil parties.

Making invoices and stock transfer challan in SAP.
