January 31, 2020. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have conducted a 'Limited Review' of the results for the quarter and nine months' .ended December 31 , 2019. •

2 The Company operates in only one reportal;>le business segment i.e. Pharmaceuticals. 3 Effective April 1, 2019 the Company has adopted Ind AS.116 "Leases" using the modified retrospective approach. This has resulted in

recognising right of use assets and lease liability as on April 1, 2019. The adoption of the standard did not have any material impact on the financial results.
