Also prior to applying Seam Tape Primer and Tape backed products. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Membrane Cleaner using a clean, white cotton rag. Saturate the rag with Membrane Cleaner and scrub the membrane with a circular motion until all dirt, dust, and debris is removed. The surface should dry to a uniformly clean, smooth sheen without streaks. Wear protective eyewear and gloves.
