Direct Reimbursement (DR) is a tool for employers who want to self insure their dental and/or vision benefits and who want to allow their employees the freedom of choice. DR is an alternative to traditional dental insurance plans.

With DR, employer’s design their own plan. They are not restricted to “Plan A”, “Plan B”, or “Plan C”.

With a DR plan in place, the Employer designs the plan, and the Employees pick their dentist.

Employees obtain and pay for their dental care. Once they pay for their services, they submit a request for reimbursement to RPA, Inc.
