This 15 week project required extensive upgrades to ensure it met the aspirations of the client and future tenants. The works involved a strip out, followed by a full CAT A fit out of 9,876 sq ft office space. This included works to the flooring, suspended ceilings, decoration and repair work. The projects involved upgrading the electrical services, and modifications to the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. As part of the remodelling work, the team carried out selected works to the basement area to improve the facilities available to the building’s occupants. This included creating new shower facilities, a staff room, and cycle storage facilities. Upon completion, ITC handed over a beautiful and fully upgraded space, ready for new tenants to move in.
