Netherlands developments - traders shall become registered at the DSI (Dutch Security Institute) from now on - traders are split into    o TSY Trader => need to have the ACI Diploma    o TSY Salesman => need to have the ACI Dealing Certificate - that could become important for ACI, as 'experts' need to be now registered but also educated/certified - => could become an example for the rest of Europe - => as ACI International we shall work on such a mandatory obligation in future - Luxembourg and Belgium is actually watching the development

Board of Education - we got a new Chairwoman => Claudia Segre, Secretary General ASSIOM FOREX Italy - we shall implement in future elements of ALM questions into the ACI Dealing Certificate - the BOE is mandated to work for a seperate ALM certification - in education we are cooperating with universities, alike the FSFM (Frankfurt School for Business and Management), the SMU (Singapore Management University) - ACI Austria is starting with a prototype of ACI Corporate Sales Certification (after some legal cases, sales staff was asking for a special certification), the first Austrian seminar will start in June, ACI Germany showed interest, BOE will follow the development - all certified traders are registered (pulbic register) at the ACI web page => green button ACI CERTIFICATE REGISTRY

- a WIKI at ACI's web shall become established soon, allowing to discuss registered persons market, educational topics

- some 1,400 exams are actually take on a yearly basis - ACI's exams became recommended by the FSA (Financial Services Authority UK) in January 2011

CFP Committee for Professionalism - David Woolcock, FXall and ViceChair of the ACIFXC - review of the existing Model Code - the launch of 84 New Chaptes Best Practices FX Operations - the work was headed by Andreas Gaus, Credit Suisse, Chairman of the European Central Bank Operations Managers Group - they became published via a Press Release, you can download them from ACI's web (Market Practices/The Model Code/Updates) - the CFP will implement these 84 new chaptes into the existing Model Code until mid September - they further will then become implemented into the exstinging Dealing Certificate
