Positions• (TC) Tai Chi Stance

• (B) Bow Stance

• Towards Heart

• Proximal to Distal

• Towards Spine

Right Calf• (TC) Two handed

stroking to whole calf

» To warm up muscles

  

• (TC) One handed stroking

» Lean to the thumb side

 

•  (B) Finger rolling to inside muscle

» Support above the knee with high hand

 

•  (TC) One handed stroking» To clear

 

 • (B) Thumb kneading to

outside muscle» To break up

tension

 •  (TC) One handed stroking

» To clear

Right Calf• (TC) Three finger kneading

down middle of calf

• (TC) One handed stroking to clear

 

•  (TC) Two handed stroking

• Drape right calf – energy stroke – undrape left calf.

• Repeat for Left Calf.

Left Calf• (TC) Two handed

stroking to whole calf

• Drape left calf – energy stroke to both legs-- Undrape back

Upper Back – Lt Side • (TC) Two handed stroking

» To Warm

» Walk your strokes to the shoulder

• (B) Finger rolling to the inside of the traps

» To break up tension

 

 

• (TC) One handed stroking to shoulder area

» To clear tension away

• (B) Three finger kneading to the outside of the traps

 

• (TC) One handed stroking

» Move to right side of table

Lower Back – RT Side• (B) Three finger kneading to

the inside of the muscle» Push muscle

away from the spine

•  (TC) One handed clearing strokes to the lower back

 • (B) Three finger kneading

to the outside of the muscle » Pull muscle

toward the spine

  (TC) One handed clearing

• (B) Three finger downward pressure to the middle of the muscle.

 • (TC) One handed stroking

to the whole left side

 • (TC) Two handed stroking

to whole back

 • (TC) One handed stroking

while moving to left Hand side of table 11

Lower Back- Lt Side• (TC) Two handed stroking

 

• (TC) One handed stroking to low back

 

• (B) Three finger kneading to the inside of the muscle

» Push muscle away from the spine

• (TC) One handed clearing strokes to the lower back

 

 (B) Three finger kneading to the outside of the muscle

» Push the muscle toward the spine

 • (TC) One handed clearing

 

• (B) Three finger downward pressure to the middle of the muscle.

Lower Back – Lt Side• (TC) One handed stroking to the whole left side

 • (TC) Two handed stroking to whole back

 

• Drape back – Energy stroke to whole back – undrape left leg
