Project Comparison MatrixNotes• The delay represents total intersection delay and does not include benefits from any

adjacent intersection improvements. The Hydraulic Access Improvement portion does not have an analysis.

• The operations analysis for the roundabout and conventional intersection are done separately at this stage of analysis, using different tools. These analyses are not comparable. The system analysis provides a better overall performance measure for comparing the future no-build scenario to the preferred scenario with visualizations/automations/etc. for review.

• Estimated costs are based on standalone projects and represent the current-year cost and future cost for the project.

• MPO staff submitted the SMART SCALE pre-application for this scenario the week of April 13th. The full application is due August 3rd

• We will develop no-build and build simulation scenarios along with a comparison matrix of the analysis data for review

• We will present this material to the MPO Policy Board at its next meeting along with any comments received

• We will continue to make minor changes to the preferred solutions to include any additional comments, provide more detailed analysis of the preferred solution operations and present them again to the panel later this spring
