Your second and third weeks will be

more praccal. You will begin to

develop your interpersonal skills that 

will help you in the world of work and 

 finding a job. You will also learn more

about the principles of customer 

service and the benefits they bring in

a customer facing environment.

What is Youth.inc? 

Youth.inc is a 4-week Pre-employment programme delivered by ‘Route 2 Employment’. It assists

16-18 year olds like you into the world of work by offering support, coaching and qualificaons in

areas of employability, customer service and personal & social development. ‘Route 2 Employ-

ment’ will then help you find a job!

Customer service, Business Admin and Sales related industries are:

  Retail - Supermarkets, home ware, fashion etc...

Hospitality - Hotels, restaurants, theatres etc...

Leisure - Bowling, cinemas, gyms etc...

Administraon - Personal Assistants, recepon, clerical etc...

Contact centre - Call handlers, advisors etc...

Your fourth week allows you and your 

coach me to evaluate your progress.
