Our 50,000 square-foot facility houses top-quality Haas CNC multi-tool turning centers, Haas vertical machining centers and a CNC slotter. We stock a range of manual worm, bevel and spur gear operators as well as declutch overrides – engineered-to-order and machined to mount easily to your valve.
• Worm gears to 1.6M lbf.in torque, 12” max stem, F/FA 40 max bolt circle
• Declutch overrides to 150,000 lbf.in torque, 4 3/8” max stem, F/FA 30 max bolt circle
• Bevel gears to 8,000 lbf.ft torque, 5 7/8” max stem, FA 40 max bolt circle
• Spur gears to 1,250 lbf.ft torque, 2 3/4” max stem, FA 16 max bolt circle

ILGD-C Declutch Overrides
Declutch overrides for double-acting or single-acting pneumatics and hydraulics: Reliable performance for your most critical applications.
The Rotork ILGD-C sandwich mount declutch override can be used with double acting and spring return pneumatic actuators. Adding an ILGD-C to a pneumatically actuated package ensures the ability to operate the valve in the event of power loss or actuator failure.
Rotork’s ILGD-C is fully enclosed and lubricated for life with no external linkages or potential corrosion points. With an IP68 enclosure rating, ductile iron housing and stainless steel input shaft, the ILG-DC is robust and reliable.
