ROTARY VACUUM PADDLE DRYER

Comprising of horizontal cylindrical shell with suitable ends, slow speed paddle agitator is

designed for mixing, drying, discharging the products.

This is used for making dry powder from wet cakes or slurries, in batch type opera�on o�en under

vacuum.

Product is heated from outside through shell ends and from inside through sha�– paddles, by

means of steam or hot oil.

Product filter, condenser, receiver and vacuum system are part of drying opera�on.

Op�onal mechanical chopper cum de‐agglomerator can be provided for breaking lumps formed

while drying.

SCREW CONVEYORS

Screw conveyors in modern industry are o�en used horizontally or at a slight inclina�on as an

efficient way to move semi‐solid materials.

These can have greater pitch spacing, resul�ng in a higher capacity without an increase in rota�on

speed.

They usually consist of a trough containing either a spiral coiled around a sha�, driven at one end

and held at the other, or a Sha�less Spiral, driven at one end and free at the other.

Screw Conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward.

When space allows, this is a very economical method of eleva�ng and conveying.

capacity of a given unit rapidly decreases.

ROTARY KILN / CALCINERS

A Rotary Kiln is a Pyroprocessing device used to raise materials to a high temperature (calcina�on) in a con�nuous process.

Materials produced using rotary kilns include: Cement, Lime, Refractories, Metakaolin, Titanium dioxide, Alumina, Vermiculite, Iron Ore Pellets.

Rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood and fuel device.

As a heated pivo�ng part, cylinder is made of high‐quality carbon steel plate and supported on the support device by wheel belt.

There is mechanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheel on the first or several support device in order to control the turning of cylinder.

Gears make cylinder rotate according to process‐required rota�ng speed through the ring gear in the middle of cylinder.

Because of the need of installa�on or maintenance, the bigger rotary kiln has auxiliary rotary gears, which makes cylinder gyrate more slowly.

To prevent enter of cold air and dust overflow, the reliable kiln tail and head sealing equipment are installed on feed and discharge end.

SPIN FLASH DRYER

This flash dryer is useful for mechanical dispersion and for adjus�ng the granule size of high humidity

paste type material. Under the ac�on of hot air and mechanical dispersion, the wet cake appears

granular and gets fluidized. Instantaneous exchange of heat and mass takes place.

The dried materials are taken in the collector as powder products. The system consists of double sha�

screw followed by mono screw to feed homogenized material into dryer housing at controlled rate. The

tangen�al entry of air and mechanical ac�on of agitator help to decompose lumps enabling in�mate

mixing of hot air with the product, and thus ensuring drying of the product.

The par�cle classifica�on orifice on the top of drying chamber allows finer product to pass with exhaust

gas to powder collec�on system. The flash dryer is useful for drying s�cky products, also effec�ve against

viscous materials. The simple Flash Dryer is designed lo handle materials that can be suspended directly

in air, requiring removal of free moisture.

Wet material is dispersed into a stream of heated air (or gas) which conveys it through a drying duct.

Using the heat from the air stream, the material dries as it is conveyed. Drying takes place in a ma�er of

seconds, and the final moisture is generally in the constant rate drying zone.

Elevated drying temperatures can be used with many products since the flashing off of surface moisture

instantly cools the drying gas without appreciably increasing the product temperature. Product is

separated using cyclone, and/or bag filter. Typically, cyclones are followed by scrubbers or bag filters for

final cleaning of the exhaust gases to meet current emission requirements.

solid from the liquid and these products are manufactured, exported and supplied to the customers all

FEATURES

The Agitated Nutsche filter is a Nutsche type filter designed to separate solids from liquids, it is

totally enclosed and is normally operated under pressure or under vacuum.

Addi�onally, the equipment is fi�ed with a s�rrer mechanism which efficiently agitates the slurry

during cake washing, smoothes and squeezes the cake during filtra�on and assists in the

automa�c discharge of the cake.

The ANFD comprises of a pressure vessel in which a main sha� rotates and also moves in the

ver�cal direc�on.

Specially designed s�rrer blades are mounted on the sha�, capable of performing various

func�on, A side discharge arrangement is provided, closing and opening through

hydraulic/mechanical means.

A filter plate is located at the base of the vessel in level with the discharge port.

The filter medium, usually a filter cloth, is fi�ed on the filter plate which is replaceable type.

Gas‐Induc�on Reactor offers a radical change from all the conven�onal approaches.

Instaed of churning the liquid reac�on mass, a hollow agitator pumps gases from the head space to the lowest part of the Reactor vessel.

A specially designed impeller vigorously disperses these gases into the reactor bo�om, resul�ng in a mixture akin to a boiling liquid.

Gas bubbles react with liquid/slurry as they rise.

Unreacted gases are re‐induced into the liquid.
