The Wet Blast process provides component cleaning, degreasing and finishing in one operation. Compared with dryblasting it is less aggressive, does not generate dust, can process components such as titanium, aluminium andwhite metals without risk of explosion, reduces media consumption and leaves a cleaner, brighter surface finish.

The satellite table machine provides the advantage that multiple parts can be loaded and processed in one singleoperation.

With fixturing the unit is capable of multi loading of components within the 750 mm travel of the reciprocating guns.

The Wheelabrator Vaqua satellite indexing turntable is mounted within the stainless steel blasting cabinet. Thismachine type not only allows the operator freedom for use with other activities, but also significantly reduces thespace requirement for the machine.

Wheelabrator provides highly precise satellite table machines which are specifically designed for use in theautomotive and aerospace industries.

This machine has vertical reciprocating twin guns with speed controls on the oscillation of the gun movement forautomatic operation. The gun movement also has a pass count from 1 to 9 to allow full control of the blast patternand intensity, creating a fully integrated manufacturing cells.
