rom our Club Treasurer Rotarian Rich Sutherland he provided the following current information: Annual dues to the district are $36.00. Anues to international change slightly based on insurance costs. Here is the breakdown for this past year: Dues $51.00, Rotarian magazine $1
nsurance $3.12 and Council on Legislation levy $1.00. Total for international $67.12. Of the $140.00 we collect from members $103.12 o district or international which left us retaining $36.88 for local use.

PP Rotarian Pat Sands introduced our Rotary Youth Exchange Student Bruno Arruda. Bruno presenteda video of his home country Brazil with many pictures of the new and old of his country. He explainedhow his country is very different from America, but similar in its political divisions/states and how eachstate has its own identity, economics and diversity. He then presented photos of his adventures here
with his various host families, parents and host sisters / brothers. He has had a tremendous time with allhis Rotarians. He has really enjoyed his fellowRYE students from the many countries through-out the world. He wore his Rotary Blazer withall the collected buttons and mementos fromso many organizations, agencies and friendsthroughout his trip. In addition to the experi-ences Bruno also graduated from Oroville HighSchool with a full Diploma! Bruno Thankedthe many Oroville Noon Rotary Members whocontributed to his wonderful experience hereand will never forget the many people he nowcalls his friends.
