Main Technical Specifications Boramtech BRT product range

Boramtech BRT rotary drilling rigs, its main performance reaches advanced level of its same kind in the world. Its key parts use world famous products. It can be flexibly operated and has high efficiency, widely used in the construction of tall building, bridge and water conservancy.

Technical features: Chassis: Use imported Caterpillar carriers variable chassis originally made by American Caterpillar, the crawler can be freely stretched, good mobility and stability. Use lubrication-free bearing structure over important parts of working device.

Power: Use American Caterpillar diesel engine range electric injection, turbo-charged middle cold engine, featuring high efficient reserved power according to the size of the machine. Direct and electric injection provide sincere injection volume, realize low oil consumption, low displacement and low noise. High efficient turbo charged function improve engines performance and power.

Electric control: Use automatic and hand controlled adjusting system made by Mannesmann-Rexroth company. LCD light column display and digital display model, adjusting through key-press or handle, easy operation, adjusting time within 10 seconds, high precision and fast speed, efficiently improve drilling precision and reduce operating strength, improve self-diagnose ability over trouble of the vehicle, greatly reduce expenses on maintenance.All for drilling pocedure necessary information are displayed on the monitor.

Hydraulic system: Fully hydraulic driving system, using imported well known world wide hydraulic components made by Rexroth, which ensure stable, reliable and durable. Power end use double motor and double decelerator, intellectually controlled, automatically change rotary speed and output torque according to geological conditions.

Structure: The kinematic system is designed rationally. It uses three-section folding mast, which can reduce height and length for transport. The middle section mast is strengthened for ensuring durability, firmness and lash-resistance.

Drill rod and drill end: Damping type drill rod and automatic machine lock stretching drill rod for choice, also short spiral drill end, common drill end or sand-grab drill end.

Others: High performance inner installed main and auxiliary hoist, main hoist can be controlled by free fall.

Service and Certificate: All drilling rigs are with CE-Certifiates and are world wide sirvice supported from Caterpillar and Boramtech employees.

Program Logic Control (PLC) System

Our company researched this PLC electronic control system independently, wich controls allthe necassary parameters of the Drill Rig using the program control technology, and makes the rig working in the best state.

Colorful brand manufacturer LCD-display system

The information displayed, memorized and the touching operation based on the system integrated PLC control boost the precision of the rig, meantime that could reduce the wor-king intensity. They improve the ability of the intelligent automatic diagnosis, and reduce the maintaining fee. Workers can set the parame-ter of the system on the working ground and the maintenance is very simple and conveni-ent.

Rexroth Adjusting Level System

The rig uses the adjusting level system of the BOSCH Rexroth company, wich has the merits below, bearing both the automatic and the manual operation of getting the mast ver-tically, LCD light pillar and the numeric show, adjusted by keystroke or handgrip that could conveniently adjust the mast vertically position automatic.

Caterpillar Control System

Monitoring the parameters of the diesel engi-ne and the hydraulic system, also it could give an alarm while in case of troubles, which can monitor and control the state of the Caterpil-lars main engine in time and save the energy as much as possible.

Use the CAT diesel fuel engine, electricity injec-tion turbo charged middle cold engine, high re-liability and economized fuel consumption. High efficient reserve capacity with 213 kW powerTurbo charged, improve engine power and per-formance, can work normally in the plateau.Electricity controlled direct injection function provide accurate injection volume. High efficient fuel chamber provide strong power output under low fuel consumption, low displacement and low noise.Large engine oil cooler reduce consumption and accumulated carbon. Protect environment, meet and excess European No.2 drainage standard. Accord with EPAC drain standard on exhausted gas. All this component are used from Caterpillar.

Rexroth Hydraulic

Rexroth brand hydraulic parts, oil pump intelli-gent control and load sensor control, achieve the power matching with loads for the piling rig, minimize fuel consumption and minimize system radiation to guarantee the reliable performance.
