Malnourishment and under-nourishment causes physical and cognitive damage.

For a young child nutrition is a crucial

first step to a productive life cycle…

Build gray water reclamation systems– These water filters are a crucial part of this effort; they are needed

to provide a constant water supply for the gardens

Build school gardens– The food will supplement school meals with nutritious, fresh

vegetables– Staff and students will maintain the gardens

Provide workshops– School staff, students and parents will be taught water conservation

and gardening skills and important nutritional information
