This week, we welcomed Cleo Post, Founder ofRainbow Body Yoga. They are a community yogaspace offering daily yoga classes, workshops,teacher training, and more including restorativeyoga, vinyasa, yoga basics, power flow, aerial yoga,Qi Gong, and chakra flow.
