They are a community yoga space offering daily yoga classes, workshops, teacher training, and more including restorative yoga, vinyasa, yoga basics, power flow, aerial yoga, Qi Gong, and chakra flow. We had a great demonstration of a relaxation technique that no doubt our fellow Rotarians will be practicing to keep us centered. laugh Rainbow Body Yoga came into being in 2013 in Tivoli, in a magical carpenter shop. After a year and a half they have re-located to the village of Red Hook at 35 W. Market St. Suite 2A . They are happy to be part of our community. Rev. Fred Cartier is collecting books and magazines for Northern DutchessHospital's reading cart. Please bring your magazines and books to Fred atany breakfast meeting. Labels have been made to affix to the magazinesindicating they have been donated by the Red Hook Rotary Club.

Don't forget to send your extra Rotary service hours to Theresa Reed at [email protected] extra hours would be any Rotary matters or service conducted outside of our regular clubmeetings on Tuesdays.
