Armador Machinery Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of foundationdrilling tools. Although Armador was founded in the very earlybeginning of 2006 to expend our manufactured products to the wholeworld, our associates and company group have strong experience inpiling tools manufacturing for more than 2 decades.

We started working in this field in 1994. By time, we have gainedmany experiences on Rotary Bored Piling Tools and become a fieldexpert. By founding Armador Machinery Ltd. in 2006, this experienceis shared worldwide in supplying these tools to many countries in theworld by our company group.

Our main products of bored piling tools are augers, buckets, corebarrels, single and double walled casings, twisters, casing shoes,tremie equipments, auger flights etc. Our tools generally have moretungsten carbide picks and the craftsmanship of our products aregenerally higher than those similar products. While manufacturing, wegive the priority to make durable and high performance tools ratherthan absolute economy, which brings economy and time saving whileworking at the plant. That is the main reason of very good feedbacksfrom our clients about our strong/durable products and customerloyalty.

Our first factory has 1800 m2 closed area and our second new factoryhas 6800 m2 area with 3200 m2 closed area for manufacturing whilean extra 800 m2 is our second new office area.

We have agencies in Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine and Iraq, whilehaving various communication offices and points in Germany andFrance.

A U G E R S

● Armador augers are manufactured in various models to accomplish therequirements for every type of ground drilling conditions.

● In order to increase the resistance of our augers, special compound steels areused on request.

● We prefer to use worldwide well-known branded carbide picks and teeth. Weuse only the best heavy duty round carbide picks both for 30/38mm and for25mm shank type requirements for rock drilling, while only the best qualityteeth for soil drilling. For soil conditions, both long attack, high penetrationability special excavation type teeth and tungsten carbide inserts protectedteeth options are available for specific country based requirements.

● The kelly boxes can be manufactured custom sized and shaped for every kindof drilling rigs.

● On request, every type of hard-facing & ware protection is available (up toHRC=55~63 hardness). We can also use special wear protection plates andsheets (top quality European ware protection products with hardness ofHRC=62). Optional Super High Ware Protection solutions up to 2400 HV(Vickers) hardness tungsten carbide particles + 35% ~50 HRC hardnessmatrix coatings are also available on some certain parts.

● Although our standard products are based on three different models,especially strong double start models (OKK, OKS, OTS); on request, customtypes can be manufactured (such as the single start ones like OKT or OTTseries).

CRK series - Casing Shoes

All our casing shoes have solid wall body. Thebottom crown part can be reinforced against wear byware protection plates in various geometry.

Our casing shoes can be manufactured with weld-onbars type of teeth systems as well as quick changesystems.

As some of the quick changing teeth systems arepatented, we can machine the necessary allocatinggaps for the client to install the original equipment'sholder to be placed by welding. Or, we can supplywith only original patented genuine product systemthat is imported from Germany to deliver as acomplete system. Armador is a strict defender ofpatented products and have a high opinion oncopyrights and creativity.

We also have easy installation conical type quickchange bar options.

We can manufacture any requested length of casingshoes. With complete solid wall or semi-solid wallshoe body welded to double walled casing accordingto customized requests.

SBK series - Casing Joints

We can supply both male (SBKe series) and female (SBKd series) casing joints aswell as complete male+female sets with all necessary threaded rings, unthreadedconical rings, screw bolts and stopper key inserts. If casing o-rings are needed,please ask as a separate request. Our joints are shipped without painting for easywelding but oiled to be protected from short term corrosion.

K E L LY B A R SFor more than 20 years of experience accumulation and increased customerdemand, our group has developed our new kelly bar series KTK for interlocking type.From the start of 2016, we accept orders for new Kelly Bar production. The mainreason behind awaiting until now, was to keep the “do what you can do best” idea. Itis time to proudly announce one more durable product type to serve the sector.

From very small items to hugemass products, Armador comes forward with durable solutions.

F r e e F a l l C h i s e l sIn some situation specific piling projects, free fall chisels can be an option to passthrough high compressive strength rock layers or ground formations mixed withsubsurface blocks for the projects where unwanted impact deformation of ground isin tolerable levels by care and observing surrounding formations.

We can manufacture any custom size and weight according to client requirements.Special alloy steel grades are used for surfaces exposed to impact and abrasion.

Before drilling, these moulds are put in place temporarily to form acontinuous concrete framework top of the ground surface to help the operatorexecute the follow-on boring process of intersecting pile holes exactly in the desirednecessary location.

Our guides are made from steel construction and have advantages of easyuninstalling and carrying properties.
